I left out some info in my first post about my testing.
Both switches on the passenger door check good.
Both windows lower with console button and also lower when top is lowered.
Both door lights come on when the driver's door is opened.
Driver's window lowers and raises as it should when opening the door.
Is the door latching mechanism wiring in this circuit in some way?
I know this subject has a large number of threads and everyone has probably lost interest.
This is my grandson's first car and we both work on it as far as we are able.
It is a learning experience for both of us.
