@elgh33 was anything apart during the car's 20 year slumber? (or unknown perhaps?) What ed mayo is referring to is an easy mistake to make on the oil filter console that bolts to the tank. It can be clocked incorrectly, causing the oil passages to be blocked and not pass oil to the tank. Which matches what you are reporting.

Will check that today for sure, engine was all complete, and carburators was taped shut and exhaust ports too
