I only bring it up because I was a service writer at Ford in the early 90's and the Escort had an issue with this.
If you put the fan on MAX the air temp would go up about 5*. The air moved across the fins too fast to cool down. We had to coach people on really hot days to lower the fan speed for better AC cooling.

This is true of any heat exchanger. It's a balancing act of air flow versus heat transfer.
Tested in 40C / 104F this summer. Car is cool which is all that matters.
