^^^^ This. Applies to me and everyone I know personally who is drawing SS. Fint is also FOS regarding historical Federal Reserve interest rates .... We have returned to just slightly above "neutral" which has juiced both housing and equities for WAY too long imo. Lots of folks adverse to equity risks can actually earn something on $$$ they've saved over their lifetime.
