+1. Took me 50 yrs of driving to realize this and I have to remind myself every day. Sometimes it's difficult, sometimes I'm probably wrong, but I make judgments of whether the bad act is made by someone who is
stupid (doesn't have the knowledge they're doing a bad act),
ignorant (knows they're doing a bad act but doesn't understand that the act is bad), or an
intentional bad actor (knows they're doing a bad act and knows that the act is bad).
I pretend that every bad actor is just stupid. I am sure that a lot of people classify me as stupid, though most of my bad acts are intentional.
Sometimes, you just have to let go.
