Case split shortcuts?
OK, let’s get the humiliating part out of the way. I left off the two sealing rings that should have been placed on the oil pump before joining the case halves. Didn’t realize until no oil pressure at initial startup. Insert favorite cuss word.
So, I have to go all the way back to opening the case. My question is basically what disassembly can I skip. Can I leave the left side cam tower, P&C’s intact. Or what other shortcuts might there be?
Appreciate any suggestions aside from “don’t be such a dumbass”!!
