I just noticed that the wipers in my 1970 don’t “park” correctly, and I’m having some trouble understanding how the 2 silver relays are supposed to work.

http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-911-technical-forum/194934-70-wiper-motor-question.html), it looks like the “follow up” relay has one primary signal from the stalk to indicate whether the wipers should be parked (i.e. when T is powered I think), but I’m having some trouble really understanding the details of the diagram and how the 2 relays, motor, and stalk all interact to properly park the wipers 1. between intermittent cycles or 2. when the stalk is moved to the off position.
could someone more familiar with these diagrams help explain how the follow-up relay works? many thanks!
