I, personally, would have no problem sending many of you $ on F&F, in another reality. However, we only "know" each other through seeing our names on Pelican and other sites with the accurate "presumption" the other is honest.
To an IRS agent who only sees black and white, a transaction between two individuals who are not personal friends and certainly not family could easily misconstrued as breaking one of the many Federal Offenses in the law books.
