It's irrelevant if any other design was better or worse. I don't care about why they ended up that way, I only care how they look, and....to my eye, they look goofy and the graphics are bad. It has nothing to do with longhoods or the ownership or lack of ownership of a longhood, because the following series fixed the bellows problem....

It's not to say the 74-whenever bellows cars aren't fine cars, they are, but they look better in dark colors, IMO. Which is the point of the thread, favorite colors. And on different cars different colors work better than others.
