The casters are repurposed old office chair bases.
Yep trying to slow the slicks from drying out over the winter.
On the durometer the slicks double in hardness by the last (8th) heat cycle.
A racer buddy suggested coating them with WD40, saran wrapping and stored under a car cover.
The racers with a big tire budget like to say "the good is gone after the first 3 laps".

Tried the Hot lap rubber softeners for the final heat cycles but the process is too messy for me.

Good news is both my race cars use the same size bias ply slicks. 13x25 and 14x27
