The name. It may be a slightly more focused model, but the difference sounds pretty small to me.
10hp, stiffer & lower suspension, 120# lighter (as long as you DON'T have AC, radio, PDK). It comes with some cool options.

Exactly, factory special with some cool options. I suspect you could do some mods to an S and get most of the way there. I'm not sure that 120# lighter is enough to feel much difference. I think I'd feel 300-400#, but I don't think I'd feel much difference with vs without the missus.
