I don't think any artist has remained as relevant for as long as he has. And he keeps putting out new albums. One of my favorite (fairly) recent albums is from a concert he did a long time ago in Toronto. The album is called Songs For Judy. It's many of his classic hits when they were still new, recorded and mastered to a very high level.
I don't think I'd like to meet him; I've heard enough of his interviews that make me think he would be an example of 'you don't want to meet your heroes', but his music has always been a big part of my life, ever since his Buffalo Springfield days.
