and, fun fact, the members of LS became pretty good friends with Neil Young later on, and as a matter of record, he wrote this in one of his autobiographies:
In Young's 2012 autobiography Waging Heavy Peace, he commented on his song: "My own song 'Alabama' richly deserved the shot Lynyrd Skynyrd gave me with their great record.
