I found as I got older that I simply didn’t need to eat as much as I used to. I was never a breakfast eater and found that even eating a small lunch made me feel full, so long before “intermittent fasting” was a thing, I started only eating dinner.
On the weekends I’ll eat a small breakfast late morning and then dinner, but otherwise I only eat dinner.
I feel great (58 years old, 6’ 3” and currently about 205 lbs). Blood work comes back perfect every year. Blood pressure is typically 125/80. I take no medications at all.
I’ve been doing this for probably 10 years.
