From what I found on the interwebs, it looks like that wrench is for the spark plugs and head bolts on the Model T Ford.
The circle M is apparently the mark of the Moore Forging company of Springfield, Mass.
They weren't the only forge to manufacture these items! I found about ten.
I wonder how many fortunes were made by getting a supply contract from Ford for a Model T part.
