An unusual story, but one of hurt and loss at a profound level, at least to the characters. And the conviction of these characters to what they believe is unheard of, with malice toward themselves and each other. All this with a love that remains underneath it. A brutal story lacking common sense.

There's no explaining this without seeing it, I don't think. It'll cost you. It's bizarre. Martin McDonagh is quite the unusual storyteller, with In Bruges and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri as a hint of his type of narrative. So I think I'll need to see Seven Psychopaths to round out the set.
