To do it correctly requires steel, 930 front fenders, budget around $3k for those, maybe another $1500 for new rear 930 flares, rule of thumb use to be $500 a corner to install, probably more now, but it is VERY important to used someone EXPERIENCED with 930 flares, as I have seen too many that were incorrectly installed, resulting in one side wider than the other. I was looking at a turbo bodied 911, I knew it might be for sale soon, so when it was at my buddies shop, I stopped by to check it out while it was on the lift for routine maintenance, we were admiring the Fat ass, but it just didn't look right. That really bothered Howard (owner of the shop) so he lowered it, started measuring and figured out that it wasn't an optical allusion, the drivers side was a 1.5 inch difference between the two flares.
The rest is pretty easy, as you can use your bumpers, just need the 930 bumper extensions and a 930 front valance and chin spoiler. That will add another Grand or more.
The last thing is the wheels, the Carrera trailing arms are narrower than 930 ones, plus 930s have an additional 1" spacers, so with 9" wheels you will need 2" spacers in the rear, 1" on the front, if you want them to fit and look correct. Other options would be to buy wider wheels, and right now, someone in the 911 classified has replica 9&11×15 Fuchs for a very reasonable price.
Where in the south east are you?
