Good luck. If you look at what's available and pick the best, that'll likely be the most expeditious route. If you find specific items that you want and then try to source those items, you may end up waiting due to supply chain issues.
Probably 15 years ago, we went with Kitchenaid Architect II stuff and it was excellent, but expensive. No idea if it's still made and still any good. And shopping today is, I'm sure, completely different from shopping then. I think we may have ordered from a dept store, maybe Sears, but I'm not sure. Clearly that's no longer an option.
