having been a rookie, like a total rookie, and going through this in my current build, which is the first car I've ever built, I can share some experience.
I used Honest Charley Garage in Chattanooga, TN. The car was fully disassembled when I gave it to them. It was quite a bit of work, time consuming and tedious. The end result is pretty fantastic.
I used the dansk flares. The rear fitment was spot on, the front required a bit of massaging. You need an extremely experienced welder, as the panels can warp and thats not good. Welding a little bit at a time, letting it cool.... the welder used a metal pole through the rear quarter windows (which had been removed) with string hanging down to ensure the two sides matched, kind of like a plumb bob for each side. Same went for the front.
In the end, it was 7 hours per corner to get it perfect, so about $3k in labor.
You will have to deal with the paint issues, the bumpers, etc. Which is of course several thousand or more depending on your goals.
