I'd love to see (in person) someone play pool like that.

I have played pool, but I'm not good at it. I've not played much. It's something that you've got to practice, and I was usually drinking, hanging with buddies, and having a good time in my early twenties. A buddy and I were at a bar once playing a game and having some beers and nachos. These two guys come up and ask to play, no betting, just pool. Yeah, after a game or two "how about we put $20?" Nope, we're out. It was funny, these guys would make tough shots, banks, multiple banks around other balls, etc..., and then they'd miss really easy, straight shots. We were not fooled. I'm guessing these guys had been trained by Nigerians, because they were sending an email with just enough bad English and misspellings, but it was good enough that they'd probably rope in the gullible.
