The Cayenne wiring issue seems minor, and Porsche is making it right. The second part is interesting, though:
It [the NHTSA] also said Porsche was recalling 1,805 of its 911 sports cars from the 2004 model year because oil isn’t getting to the internal gears due to a part defect. Marschall [the Porsche spokesman] denied that, saying the company currently has no 911 recall under way.
Are they talking about the oil pump?
