Did they mention that induction stove uses as much (240-volt) electricity as a 3-ton air conditioner?
While a gas stove would use a fraction of a penny's worth of gas to heat the same pot.
A small fraction.
Induction stoves are expensive to buy,
install (if you need to run 240v wiring)
and expensive to use.
