relay swapped and no changes. PO had front end damage professionally repaired awhile back and there were even bits of the old orange lens still in there when I started taking it apart. Its gotta be the wiring right in around the indicator so I will dig into it more today. So bizarre that the hazards work (so bulb works) but turn signal doesn't and its not like it never worked, just stopped one day.
yeah I know I need to look into the plate swap more.
