Great question. With it being an 88 possibly. But the guy who did the paint restoration thinks otherwise. The minimal painting I had to do was done with basecoat clearcoat. No one has been able to distinguish where I touched up.
Also my new tail and front valance were done with BC/CC. Again no issues with it blending with the existing.
