We bought a pizza oven a year or so ago and I make the dough, usually once a week. I haven't gotten into sourdough yet but enjoy the process of making a simple neapolitan dough. It took a bit to get down a recipe and rise I like. I've thought about getting a starter and adding bread to the weekly process. I also got a hand me down pasta maker from my daughter. That's my next adventure.
