190ish hp and 170ish tq. It's hard to know for sure as there isn't an engine dyno set up in Denver for 911 type engines. So we have to use a chassis dynos at 5300 to 5900 feet elevation and guess what power would be at sea level. You have to add for elevation and add for rear wheel numbers. 10% to 15% for each depending who's opinion your using. So it's a guess.
There has been a lot learned about these engines in the last 10 years since my engine was built. Some POLO builders and Emory's engines are making 230 to 250 hp on engine dyno's at sea level. I looked into updating, but at this time I'll pass on spending the 30 to 40K to get to 230 hp. At 2100 pounds my car is a blast to drive. I can run with all stock long hoods from 2.0 to 2.4 liters and first gen Boxster's. This car was the first one and I think there are about 10 to 12 912 POLO's out there. Most in the US and Europe and one in Australia, and one somewhere in Asia.
I spent about half and hour with Emory's son in law at LUF8. We walked each other around our cars. He is young enough to be my grandson. Really nice guy. His car is stunning like anything that comes out of Emory's shop. It's been fun developing this car.
