Look at the picture I posted. What impressed me was the shine on the inside on the engine, it did not etch the shiny aluminum. What I would try is take the wheel off and use it on the back side filth and see how it works. As for the rest of the car it will work fine, it did not tear up my hands so it is not caustic to skin.
