I started off not eating for 48 hours, just water, after that, you choose what 6 hours of a 24 hour day do you want to eat... I chose 3-8.... Been doing this for about 8 months.... My weight use to fluctuate from 183 - 193 and started staying in the 190's.. Now its between 178-181 steady.. I eat whatever I want in that window.. I stopped drinking sodas and caffeine a couple years ago... I'm 56, 6'1 with a slim build...
