There are athletic exceptions, but over-all there is no comparison.... bigger, taller, faster, stronger.
Wilt was a 7'er amongst smaller competition and he and Bill Russell would be just fine today.
But Wilt wouldn't score 100 points and miss 25 free throws in a game either
