The new UPS restrictions on shipping modern handguns is that it has to be sent 2nd Day Air..which adds 150 to 200 onto the cost..Rifles can go Ground
I believe the USPS doesn't ship handguns anymore..but will ship rifles
FED Ex I think will still ship handguns 2nd day air as well. Rifles can go Ground..
Part of the reason is that there is so much theft..and being PC.
