Well, I don't have anything like a "Front Desk/Reception/Mail Room" in my residential home. I would be curious to learn just how such a delivery notation got attached to this. System generated?

This goes back to what I posted when my mail carrier told me that they scan all the packages at once at the mail facility and then deliver them. Perhaps some don't get delivered that day or put in the truck, they figure they'll deliver them at their leisure.
