Same way I moved the lift. I raised it all the way up then attached casters to the four corners of the frame using u bolts. I then let the lift all the way down and the casters contacted the ground. I attached a rope to the front and it moved around easily to wherever I needed it. After disassembly it was really easy to move.
When I put it into the pit I put a 2x4 across the pit and pushed the lift over it. The front wheels contacted the ground inside the pit and I moved it all the way forward. Then I put a floor jack under the back of the lift removed the 2x4 and let the jack down. After that I reassembled the lift raised it up placed it where I wanted it and removed the wheels
