I have "computer" glasses. I think they do have that coating. The bigger deal for me is they will adjust the progressive part of the lens to be specific to your distance to a computer screen so you have a larger area of correction up close. No distance correction. I also use them for any up close sort of work so I don't have to tilt my head so much. It really helps working on the cars.
