If it were me I would walk into the dealership and drive the vehicle to make sure it is what you think it is . If everything is good tell the salesperson you are making a one time offer . No backroom dance no checking with my manager . Make an offer of 32K . Walk if they refuse . That's how you avoid all the BS . GM made more than that one .
