Just like any other dramocumentary, it focuses trials, tribulations and flub ups. I couldn't go on with it after S2-1.
And he was complaining about 250,000 lbs. to convert a barn to a restaurant. It would cost that to install a modest cook line in L.A. A million for a small café.
I'm not easily entertained by some fat bloke that can't operate a tractor hitch. RTFM.
