There is no mixture screw on the throttle body. There is an idle air bypass screw that sets the basic warm idea speed.
But let's start by ruling out stupid. You don't have the boot on the top installed! Without that, there is no airflow through the metering unit, the air door does not lift, the safety fuel pump shut off switch stays grounded, and it will shut off the fuel pump immediately after you start it. Put the boot back on, then try it.
