If you had the CIS boot installed and and still would not run for a second, then your problem is a massive air leak in the system. You had a backfire shown in your video, so there was ignition and fuel. The question is how much air is going into the system making it too LEAN.
Do a smoke test again. I know you did it already but did you do it correctly? Take a video how you did the smoke test. Keep us posted.
