Yes for certified, licensing is required not for experimental. This hangs on a 63 150 so my ia buddy is walking me through it as an apprentice. Turns out my Cylinder kits came from superior without wrist pins... go figure pistons, Cylinders, rings, valves, and springs.... no pins... got it, hurry up and wait.
