I see your point. The area 20 yards to his left could be construed as "the woods" and and he is obviously not in that particular area. He appears to be in a recovering clear cut, which was once "the woods". So, is a processed logging area still "the woods"? Back to the old chalk board I guess.
The question about this guys posterior seems a little more "clear cut"
