So as promised (not that anyone is really interested in this) here's a picture of the screw I lost, or rather its replacement. It was advertised as an original one, which you can tell from the obvious usage marks on it. To think this was originally made before the advent of automated screw machines really is remarkable to me. This is watch maker type of stuff.
