Common question, buy you really need to listen to an engine with the proposed muffler
This is a common question on most car sites, BUT to avoid having a bad/unacceptable/expensive outcome, it is really better to actuall ride in/drive a similar car with the proposed muffler, so you can see what works for you, at idle, at cruise, on acceleration and at full throttle.
That is my best shot at it, tastes vary.
But, I was seduced by the sound of a Scart Riva, (just a you tube clip of a similar car), so my long term restomod, (10 years and counting), is hopefully going to fire, this spring/summer, (74 2.8, twin plug, 10.5 cr, MS2 efi on PMO ITBs and SSIs).
