I think the severity is due to the fact that
they not only broke the rules, they
intentionally lied about it and forged official docs to cover their tracks.
I wonder if they learned that from Wayne Taylor racing
Seems things like this tend to "follow" Castroneves.
I gotta say though, their statement was class all the way.
