Ceramic Coating.
High Dollar, but its permanent.
Sorta like the stuff your stove is coated with....VERY hard and VERY high temperature impervious coating.
Make sure you use an exhaust you like cuz' it'll cost ya.
I found some stove or BBQ coating once that worked waaay too good...but I can't remember what it was, wasn't beautiful, but was better than rust and NEVER burned off.
