I use some blended spices, and one of them is "Italian Blend" I also use "Herbs de Provence." It's just easier. I do almost all of the cooking here and, frankly, for cooking day after day I just want to put something on the table. If I'm making a special meal I look for fresh herbs. Vicki is indifferent to food, so she's fine with anything I cook as long as it isn't rice, potatoes, or bread. We do have a lot of crap on the racks that she has bought. Garlic salt, celery salt, and so and so's Special Seasoning Mix. I don't see the point of mixing anything with salt. If you want salt, add it in.
