Or not. Our County hired a new building inspector last October. He is a former builder who really knows his poop. Finally, they hired someone who's knowledgeable and reasonable. Alas, he was just fired. The reason? He was told he's not pissing off enough builders. The County knows this because they're not getting enough complaints.
