Minor point, postage is 60 cent for up to one ounce. It is 84 for up to 2 ounces $1.08 for 3 ounces and $1.32 for 3.5 ounces.

Comcast may have horrid customer service. You have a very simple choice. Don't be a customer, and use another service provider. That is not possible with the USPS. They are the only game in town for sending a letter or envelope. The Priority mail is an astonishingly good service, and we use it a lot. They do that part right!

I suspect the decking issue is after a hail storm. the "fly by night" storm chasers roofers swarm in. They put on the cheapest roof possible, take the insurance payout, and vanish. If there is a problem, good luck finding them as they have changed names and moved on to the next storm in the next state.

Stupid home owners hear the storm chaser roofers show up, and fast talk that insurance check is all they need, and they will not even make the homeowner pay the deductible. They use cheap materials and poor quality work and move on.

That is what the laws need to cover, but don't. So they just require a new decking for everyone. I bet many of the storm chasers don't replace a deck that really needed replacement, and the deck blows off in the next storm.
