This really is funny, sorry to hurt your feelings as I now know FF and FF2 (especially since the Skyline was in it)are your favorite movies of all time but some people just don't like Rice.
Since you are such a knowledge base for Porsche history I'll
try and explain it for you further, the 930 was raced and made for Group 4 in '74 for the World Sports Car Championship Series, this included such tracks as Le Mans, Daytona etc, the 930 was raced by both private and factory teams.
