I averaged a 2 lbs. drop each month over the next year and a half. I have been pretty stable since last summer at 175. I still have those cookies, but no more than 1 or 2 a day.
My doctor once asked me if I exercised, I responded, "Not on purpose."
I guess throwing hay bales, cleaning stalls and lugging in wood is enough to cover my caloric intake.

Yep, I could very easily eat a decent diet and then toss a bunch of crap/sweets on top of it. I think I was up in the 210-215 range back around 2005-2010. I've been as low as 178, but usually in the mid-to-low 180s. Since covid hit, I'm back into the mid 190s. I need to lose at least 10#, but 20# would be better. I'd probably be fine if I ate how I normally do and just avoided sweets.

On top of that, yeah, more activity. I'm sure you get plenty of unintentional exercise. I definitely don't get enough.
