Zip tie mechanic
To be a contrast to the quality mechanical work posted, I believe that I resolved a high idle post clutch work using two zip ties on the cruise control cable connection. Seemed to work last night after a frustrating 2K idle in stop and go traffic for 45 minutes.
I believe the zip tie has supplemented the duct tape and bailing wire repair locker for me.
