Everything.
The algorithm for the videos (that, yes, is targeted at making your kids dumber) is just the tip of the iceberg. It's not just the fact that you're watching TikTok videos; it's the program/app itself that then burrows into the rest of your phone. It does track you; it does have the capability to get your passwords to other apps (like your bank), etc.
There is a VERY good reason it has been banned from use by any government phone/device.
